Marcus graduated with his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and History from The University of North Texas in 2014. He worked as a manager at Nike from 2012 – 2017 where he trained incoming retail associates concerning brand history and retail skills. He was also a part of Nike's Community Ambassador Program, challenging kids to become active and involved in physical activity. Marcus spent the previous two years volunteering as a Lewisville/Flower Mound Young Life leader. In addition to serving as a high school mentor, Marcus also served as a Wyldlife leader, for middle school children. During his time serving with Young Life, Marcus was able to mentor large groups of inner city kids. He is incredibly passionate about teaching kids life skills and teaching the importance of physical activity. Marcus just recently moved from Dallas, TX and now resides in Huntersville, NC. He enjoys playing sports and relaxing with his friends and family.
