Jolie Fabrizio, Junior Seminar Instructor

Mrs. Fabrizio graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from Western Connecticut State University in 1995. I worked in NYC for HarperCollins Children’s Books for a few years before relocating to Charlotte, NC with her husband. In Charlotte, she worked as a Creative Director for Pinkerton Creative Services Group for a few years. I began to dread going to work every day. I decided I needed a change!
Mrs. Fabrizio went to the University of North Carolina in Charlotte to figure out what I wanted to be when I grew up. I took a few different classes and after taking my first class in the education field, she was hooked!
After teaching for a year in CMS, the Fabrizio's were relocated back to Connecticut where she earned a spot in the Masters’ Fellowship Education Program at Saint Joseph’s College in Reading and Literacy. Mrs. Fabrizio taught in Connecticut for three years and New York for two years before relocating back to Charlotte.
Since being back in Charlotte, she has finished her Masters in Reading and Literacy with a Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment add-on and became certified in Social Studies. She has taught Kindergarten through twelfth grade in English Language Arts and Social Studies as a classroom teacher, facilitator, or interventionist.  Mrs. Fabrizio lives in Mooresville with her husband Dave, son Kyle, and daughters Tori and Eliza. In her free time she is at a Pfeiffer Lacrosse game, glamping, reading, or spending time with my family.
