A native of Denver, Colorado, Ms. Reed ventured out to North Carolina for a change in experience, scenery, and weather! Along with her came her two beautiful children and her two miniature pinschers! Choosing to answer the calling of teaching, she’s acquired over a decade of experience in the classroom. Her appreciation for the teachers that invested in her, along with her passion for encouraging youth to recognize their gifts, grow their confidence, and expand their opportunities through education, keeps Ms. Reed committed to strengthening the minds of today’s youth. She enjoys reading but loves math and the way that it can be universally communicated. Aside from teaching, Ms. Reed loves relaxing in the sun, listening to music and laughter, and good food! She considers educating our young scholars as an honor and thanks you for entrusting her with the “task” of preparing them for the future.
