Kenyanti has worked as an Exceptional Children’s Teacher for six years. She taught for six years in Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools as an Adaptive, Exceptional Children’s Teacher. Kenyanti has always had a passion for working with children with disabilities. However, when her daughter with Autism, her passion grew more because not only was she a teacher to students with disabilities, but she was also a parent of a child with a disability. She lives in Charlotte with her 4-year-old daughter and husband. She enjoys reading, crocheting, and spending time with her family.
