Missy Scruggs graduated with her Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Secondary Education from Appalachian State University in 1999. She began her career teaching high school in CMS, and before coming to Bradford in 2020 she taught three years in Cabarrus County. Missy loves being part of the dynamic 7th-grade team at Bradford and is always looking for hands-on opportunities for her students to learn mathematics. She lives in Midland with her husband,  children and fur babies.  In her free time she enjoys reading and exploring new places with her family.
