The ENRICH Program has been developed by the Bradford Prep School board to specifically address our responsibility to equip young people with the necessary qualities and competencies to live well, interact well, present well, and work well. It is our objective to support each student’s development to be prepared to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of everyday life. We seek to provide the skills and instill the character qualities necessary to thrive in school, at home, and in the workplace. Various aspects of our ENRICH Program are integrated into our curriculum at every level, using a variety of methods. In the lower grades, students are taught about the concepts and principles included in the program. In middle school, they have increasing opportunities to demonstrate that they have developed some of the essential competencies, and that they have internalized some of the character qualities. In high school, there will be classes devoted to further development of the various facets in the program, so that by the time the students graduate, they will have had ample exposure to, as well as many opportunities to demonstrate that they are well prepared to enjoy healthy relationships, care for their community, find satisfaction in their work, and, in short, impact the world in a positive way.
