It was a wonderful day to honor Kate Hilsabeck! Dr. M. Brock Womble, NCCAT Executive Director, and Rhonda Dillingham, NC Association for Public Charter Schools Executive Director, presented Kate with a framed certificate along with a special prize from Empower. Kate is a finalist in the North Carolina Center for the Advancement of Teaching 2025 Burroughs Wellcome Fund NC Beginning Teacher of the Year!
